This morning, while on interview with BFM radio, the co-founder of Tune Group, Datuk Kamarudin Meranun  mentioned that the company may be looking to link their inventory of products – airline, finance, hotel, entertainment and sports – with a social media platform that can leverage on these items and give back to the customers, providing them with a new lifestyle option where everything is affordable and in reach.

The question here is – will Tune Group open up a new Social Media site/platform, or just acquire one instead?

As there are no other news other than the interview, we are all in a speculative mode as for now, but the idea of having imagine a world where one can log into an account, and have access to air tickets to go to your favourite holiday spot, sports event or concert without leaving the confine of the ecosystem, and still get rewards?

That is an interesting idea wouldn’t you say?
