Cary Walkin, a Canadian accountant, may possibly have too much time on his hands. He has created a full fledged RPG, that is playable in Microsoft Excel. This is possibly the most creative and undetectable method of slacking in the office that I have ever heard of.
Arena.Xlsm works with copies of Excel 2007 onwards, and has quite the storyline. This particular story unfolds in a series of letters that have an incredible amount of work put into them. The letters also serve as instructions and hints about coming waves of enemies.
Download the game here, or visit Walkin’s blog to learn more.
