The Pillow Talk invention is the brainchild of recent Digital Interaction Design graduate Joanna Montgomery from Edinburgh, Scotland. Her invention is aimed at bringing long distance lovers closer together. Pillow Talk’s technology works through a long distance transmitter shaped into a ring that wirelessly transmits your heartbeat to a fabric panel on your significant other’s pillow in real-time and vice versa.
What first started out as a college project, the award-winning Pillow Talk invention has received 261,557 views (at the time of writing) on YouTube since its video was first uploaded. Joanna even set up her own company called Little Riot to further develop the product and bring it to market. Pillow Talk has been quite the buzz-generator as people from all over are still waiting to get their hands on this product.
